Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
